Unless otherwise requested, we ship via USPS Priority or First Class Mail, generally within 5-7 business days of sale, although usually much sooner.
We are happy to do expedited shipping w/in the US via FedEx, UPS or USPS. Just contact us first for pricing.
Local (Bay Area) customers: During the coronavirus crisis, curbside pickup is available. Generally, items will be available for pickup within 3 business days at 1625 Lloyd Way, Mountain View. For buyers in Mountain View, Los Altos and Palo Alto, free local delivery is available.

International orders are shipped via First Class International (USPS) which at this time, offers no tracking. We cannot be held responsible for packages that are lost once they leave the US. Please contact us for rates before ordering.
Please note: International customers are responsible for any and/or all Customs fees, taxes, and duties associated with shipping & purchasing to their respective countries, should they be assessed. Most country's Customs agencies open and/or assess fees to a random selection of packages. Any customs fees, taxes, tariffs, duties, etc. that may be incurred at the time of delivery would be at the discretion of your country's tax regulations. We have no way of calculating how much these fees would be, should they occur, and we are not responsible for those charges. For any additional information please refer to your local customs agency.
Refunds and Exchanges
We want you to love your new accessory. If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, you may return it for a refund or an exchange. All returns must be made within 7 days of receipt.
Returned item must be in the original condition, in original packaging, and include a copy of the packing slip. If these guidelines are followed, a prompt refund of the purchase price will be issued. Purchase price does not include shipping charges paid.
